As with you, this video brought tears to my eyes. I recently ready a study on talent by John C. Maxwell that stated talent is never enough. He argues that talent alone cannot sustain success. It may get us to the top but it doesn’t keep us there. He goes on to say that belief lifts our talent along with may other character traits. I must say it was an insightful study worth investigating.
